BLI has your chance to join us for a summer boat cruise!  It’s the BLI/Coors Light Night Rules Summer Boat Cruise on the Great South Bay aboard The Moon Chaser hosted by Astra.  Listen to BLI for your chances to win passes for the cruise or go to WBLI.com and sign up for your chance to win or sign up for a chance to win at any BLI/Coors Light appearances schedule from 7/27-8/9.   Winners and a guest will get to join us on Tuesday, August 21s t from 6-8pm and enjoy food and of course Ice Cold Coors Light.  All Winners and guests must be 21 and older.

RULES:

1. The BLI/Coors Light Summer Cruise contest runs from July 27th 2012  to August 17th 2012. 
2. No purchase necessary.
3. The BLI/Coors Light Summer Cruise contest is only open to residents of Nassau or Suffolk County, NY.
4. All participants in BLI/Coors Light Summer Cruise contest must be at least 21 years old or older.
5. Difficulties with phone lines, computers, and internet providers to enter the contest are not the responsibility of WBLI.
6. This contest can be entered  by listening to BLI and being the correct caller at (631) 955-9BLI when prompted to do so on-air
7. This contest can also be entered by logging onto www.wbli.com and filling out the entry form in its entirety including, name, address, phone number and date of birth. You may also enter to win by filling out an entry form at any BLI/Coors Light appearance scheduled from 7/30-8/17/12.
8. All incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
9. Any entries received via the internet AFTER 12 midnight on 8/17/10 will not be qualified for the BLI/Coors Light Summer Cruise contest.
10. Winners will receive an invitation for them and a guest to come on our “BLI/Coors Light Night Rules Summer Cruise along the Great South Bay on The Moon Chaser out of Captree Park.  Cruise takes place Tuesday August 21st from 6p-8p.  There will be food  and Coors Light beer.
11. If the cruise is rained out there will not be a raindate.
12. All winners and guests MUST be 21 and older and will be ID’d prior to boarding the cruise.  If you do not have a proper ID you will not be permitted to board.
13. If any winner shows signs of being too intoxicated they will be refused service  immediately.
14. Method of random drawing and all related procedures to be determined by station management
15. Decision of the judges is final.
16. Approximate retail value of prize is $50
17. BLI and Coors Light make no express or implied conditions or warranties of any kind with respect to safety, or performance of the Prize package.
18. Odds of winning based on number of qualified entries received.
19. The determinations to whether an entry complies with the rules of any contest is in the sole and absolute discretion of the radio station, and their decision shall be final and non-appealable
20. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and therefore you must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.
21. Employees, associates, interns, all participating sponsors, other related sponsors of WBLI and our parent company, Cox Enterprises, Coors Light and their immediate families and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in this contest.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
22. Once you have won a contest neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another BLI contest for 30 Days.
23. There will be no substitution for prizes unless a prize becomes unavailable at which time; WBLI has the right to substitute a prize.  The value of this prize will be determined by the radio station and is not guaranteed to be of equal value. 
24. Cruise may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
25. All entrants, as a condition of participation, and all winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release WBLI, our parent company, Cox Enterprises, Coors, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, divisions, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize
26. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable.  Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WBLI.  Another winner will not be selected.
27. By participating in the BLI/Coors Light Night Rules Summer Cruise contest giveaway, winners and contestants grant permission to WBLI to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.
28. WBLI reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time.  WBLI also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice or cancel the contest without notice.
29. The decision of the WBLI management in the interpretation of these rules is final.  By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.
30. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
31. WBLI, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities or damages to property arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.
32. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WBLI of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.
33. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of the station.
